Last rodeo for Gamberdella as qb enters senior season for Dons

Frankie Gamberdella has been working with JT Stone since around the sixth grade and the two hope their final season together ends with a trip to the postseason.

They were close last year but the Santa Barbara Dons lost to Buena on the final week of the season which costs them a playoff appearance.

Although Natani Drati is now playing at Fordham University, Gamberdella still has talented wide receivers around him like Jackson Gonzalez and Dakota Hill.

Santa Barbara gets a chance at revenge at Buena right out of the gate as they play on the road against the Bulldogs on Friday, August 17 at 7pm.
