Assault at Oxnard bar leaves one victim in critical condition

Police are searching for four men after an assault at an Oxnard bar left one victim in critical condition.

According to the Oxnard Police Department, officers responded to the El Tenampa Cantina on the 1300 block of South Oxnard Boulevard at 1:40 a.m. Monday after a physical altercation left multiple people injured. Officers discovered one of the victims was knocked unconscious and suffering from numerous facial injuries. That victim was transported to the Ventura County Medical Center and is currently listed in critical but stable condition.

Two other victims were treated for minor injuries on scene and released.

Police are now looking for four Hispanic male suspects all in their late 20’s. One of the suspects was dressed in Los Angeles Dodgers’ apparel, police said.
