At-risk missing adult found in Santa Barbara
–UPDATE–
The Santa Barbara Police Department says Alan Aiches has been returned to his family safely.
Police say Aiches was located near the Andree Clark Bird Refuge around 3:00 p.m. A Watch Commander says that Aiches turned on his phone and called his brother, who then notified police.
Police say he is in decent health.

The Santa Barbara Police need your help in searching for Alan Aiches, an at-risk missing adult.
Police say he was last seen on foot walking southbound on State Street near Micheltorena around 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
Alan Aiches is 69-years old and is considered at-risk.
