Salsa dancing and salsa tasting make Oxnard Salsa Festival a hot summer event
People filled the dance floor at the annual Salsa Festival in Oxnard. Dancers came from up and down the coast to dance the final day of the festival away.
After working up an appetite on the dance floor, festival visitors had a chance to taste dozens of salsa recipes competing in the salsa tent.
Judges handed out awards for a variety of kinds of salsa and people had a chance to pick a people’s choice award winner.
They also had a chance to take some award winning salsa home.
