Goleta establishes commercial cannabis applications and fees

The Goleta City Council unanimously approved to establish a commercial cannabis business application and licensing fee on Tuesday.

The commercial cannabis license application fee will start at $2,320 with an additional $185 accessory fee. There will also be a $559 renewal fee.

The Council approved a total of six types of commercial cannabis businesses’ license.

Retail, which is required for all cannabis retail activities including non-medicinal retail, medicinal retail, and non-storefront. Cultivation License Nursery License Manufacturing License Distribution License Testing License
