Traffic stop leads to firearm arrest in Oxnard

A vehicle stop in Oxnard leads to a firearm arrest on Saturday afternoon.

Oxnard Police officers conducted a traffic stop for a vehicle code violation on a white Chevrolet Impala in the area of 9th and “F” Streets in Oxnard around 4:00 p.m.

During their search, officers found a concealed and loaded firearm. Officers identified the driver as Frankie Reveles, 30, from Oxnard.

Officers arrested Reveles for two misdemeanors, loaded and concealed firearm, and one felony, vehicle registration fraud.
