Art By The People or Arte De La Gente serves as art festival theme in Oxnard
The Oxnard Performing Arts and Convention Center known as PACC welcomed all kinds of artists and performers over the Memorial Day Weekend.
Organizers of the “PACC The Arts Festival” chose the theme “Art By The People” or Arte De LA Gente.”
The event gave many children their first chance to perform before a live audience.
There were also experienced singers and dancer on indoor and outdoor stages.
The free event also included art exhibits, film, a car, show food trucks , and a children’s train.
