Foresters win in 10 innings over Ventura

Evan Lee’s two-out RBI single in the bottom of the tenth inning lifted the Santa Barbara Foresters to a 6-5 win over the Ventura Halos at Pershing Park.

The Foresters blew a 5-1 lead as the Halos scored two runs in both the eighth and ninth innings to tie it at 5.

John McMillon homered in the third inning as the Foresters built up a 4-1 lead.

Santa Barbara is now 14-7 on the season and 12-6 in the California Collegiate League.
