Teens accused of kidnapping and robbery at gunpoint
Two teens are arrested in Oxnard, charged with robbery and kidnapping.
On June 22, 2017, witnesses called the police to report two teens walking toward a Circle K Market on N. Ventura Road armed with guns.
Officers were sent to the scene where they said they encountered the suspects leaving with money and other stolen items.
While the suspects were inside they are accused of threatening to shoot three employees if they said anything. One of the firearms turned out to be a pellet gun, according to police.
Eber Lopez Olguin, 19, of Oxnard, and a juvenile were arrested. Olguin was charged with Felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, Robbery and Kidnapping. The juvenile was charged with Robbery and Kidnapping.
Olguin was taken to the Ventura County Jail, the juvenile is in custody of the Juvenile Justice Center awaiting his hearing.
