San Luis Obispo BevMo burglarized overnight

The San Luis Obispo Police Department is investigating a burglary that occurred at the BevMo in the 1500 block of Froom Ranch Road at 2:54 a.m. Monday

Police hope the public may be able to help in the capture of two wanted suspects.

They say the rear door to the business had been forced open and damaged, along with discovered broken glass to the front door.

The suspects fled the scene with an unknown quantity of alcohol in a silver Dodge minivan with paper dealer plates. Police say the suspects fled southbound on Los Osos Valley Road.

A witness was able to describe one of the suspects as a Hispanic man, large build, heavy set, scruffy dark beard, light skinned, and wearing a light-colored jacket, according to police.

The suspect’s minivan was captured on surveillance video at a nearby gas station.
