Suspects sought in connection to Atascadero burglary

The Atascadero Police Department has asked for the public’s assistance in identifying four suspects who burglarized a hobby shop Wednesday morning.

At around 8:00 a.m., officers responded to an alarm at Central Coast Trains located on the 7600 block of El Camino Real in Atascadero.

Officers determined that burglars forced their way into the business through the front door and stole numerous items.

The suspects fled in a vehicle southbound on El Camino Real before officers arrived.

Authorities said a gray GMC Z71 pickup truck was seen leaving the area following the burglary.

Video of the suspects was captured on the store’s security camera, and has been posted to the Atascadero Police Department’s Facebook page .
