$11,300 in drugs and cash seized following drug arrest in Santa Barbara

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office reports they’ve arrested two alleged drug traffickers operating in Goleta and Santa Barbara.

58-year-old Robert Pilbin and 56-year-old Leslie Brooks were arrested on Dec. 8 at a home in the 400 block of E. Cota Street in the City of Santa Barbara.

“Pilbin and Brooks were found to be in possession of 14.7 grams of Cocaine, 22.3 grams of Brown Powder Heroin, 15.6 grams of Black Tar Heroin and 29.4 grams of Methamphetamine,” said a Sheriff’s Office press release.

The seized drugs were estimated to have a street value of $6,300. Authorities also seized $5,000 in cash, which they say stems from illegal narcotics sales.

Pilbin and Brooks were booked at Santa Barbara County Jail with bail set at $175,000 each.
