Former Oxnard Environmental Resources Employee Arrested For Theft

Authorities arrested former Oxnard Environmental Resources Department employee 58-year-old Harlen Jackson on Wednesday on misdemeanor charges of petty theft.

The Oxnard Police Department is investigating the incident. Jackson was cited by police and released as the case if being referred to the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office.

“The criminal and administrative investigation is seeking information regarding alleged theft of services at the Environmental Resources Del Norte Facility,” said the Oxnard Police Department in a statement.
