Snow Falls At La Cumbre Peak

Snow was falling at the top of La Cumbre Peak on Monday morning, as a storm moved through California.

La Cumbre Peak is just under 4,000 feet elevation in the Santa Ynez Mountains.

Snow also blanketed parts of Painted Cave and East Camino Cielo.

Temperatures in the area hovered between 34 and 36 degrees.

The snow didn’t stick around for long and melted away quickly.

Check back later today for more information and video.
