It’s a new restaurant inside Hotel Indigo on state street just two blocks away from Stearn’s Wharf. Nuance prides itself in offering a menu dedicated to the seasons of Santa Barbara’s farmer’s markets and wine country
Chef and owner Courtney Ladin says Nuance is a combination of great music, food and community. The restaurant has a full bar with specialty cocktails from inventive creations to classic favorites
Guests can enjoy dining both inside and outside between the hours of
5 to 11pm weekdays and till midnight on weekends.
