Oxnard Man Arrested in Child Porn Case

Oxnard resident Wesley Jacob Rolen, 19 years old, was arrested Wednesday morning at his home in the 1800 block of Lookout Drive in connection with child enticement, child annoying, sending obscene or lewd material to a child, and possession of child pornography.

Investigators said a concerned parent contacted the Oxnard Police Department alleging that an adult man was attempting to entice her 12-year-old daughter online. The parent discovered the adult man may have been involved in exchanging lewd material with the child through social media.

After a two-month investigation, investigators identified Rolen as the suspect in the case.

Rolen was booked into Ventura County Jail with bail set at $150,000.
