Goleta Costco Upgrading Food Court Area but For Now It’s Closed Off

A craving for a low cost hot dog, piece of pizza or salad will have to wait if you are looking to the popular food area outside at Costco in Goleta.

It’s closed for now while a remodeling is taking place.

Work began a week ago. It is expected to be finished later this month.

A large green fence is up around the work area next to the customer entrance door.

The Costco food area is frequently very crowded and the hot dog deal is often voted at the top of the list in the Santa Barbara Independent’s “Best of” Readers Poll.
