Santa Maria Woman Arrested in Parking Lot for Felony DUI
On Saturday, Santa Maria Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated driver at the Pepper Tree Plaza Shopping Center parking lot in Santa Maria.
Before 8:30 p.m., police found 50 year-old Linda Grace Mendoza behind the wheel of a parked vehicle at that location and arrested her after an investigation found she had been driving her car while intoxicated.
Officers have charged Mendoza with DUI, Felony DUI for having three prior DUI convictions in the past 10 years, driving greater than .08%, driving under the influence while on probation for DUI and driving with a suspended license.
