Dons Have a Big Day at Round Table
The Dons won two big basketball games last week and two of their stars were honored at the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table.
Bolden Brace was named Male Athlete of the Week after he scored 31 points in a win over Oaks Christian and followed that up with a 25 point performance in a victory over Righetti.
His Teammate Ben Clay was awarded the Phil Womble Ethics Award for sportsmanship. Clay is making an impact with the Dons on and off the court and he thanked his mother for raising him right.
Bishop Diego girls soccer player Jill Giannini, who scored all 3 Cardinals goals in a win over Orcutt Academy, was named Female Athlete of the Week.
