Stabbing Suspect Turns Himself In

A Santa Maria double stabbing suspect who allegedly stabbed two people during a fight in the area of Lincoln and Hermosa streets on Tuesday night has turned himself in to police .

Samuel Fuentes, 38, of Santa Maria turned himself to the Santa Maria Police Department. He is now booked at the Santa Barbara County Jail for assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence, child endangerment and bail is set at $100,000 dollars.

A woman showed up at Marian Regional Medical Center with stab wounds. Officers investigated and discovered a second victim, an adult male, at a Santa Maria motel.

Fuentes and the victims apparently know each other. Both victims are expected to survive.
