Gift Buyers Can’t Get Enough Of ‘Frozen’ Merchandise

“Frozen” spin-off items are not showing any signs of thawing.

Jenny Bouma, the owner of Chicken Little on State Street in Santa Barbara, said “Frozen” items keep selling out.

A big “Frozen” sign is in the front display window, and Sven and Olaf Beanie Babies are among the first items shoppers see when they enter the store.

Bouma said Beanie Baby creator Ty Warner stopped in on Christmas Eve to see the plush toys.

Shoppers said their young relatives are “Frozen” fanatics.

There isn’t a tally of just how much Christmas shoppers spent on “Frozen” toys, but it could reach a film merchandise record.

The film has already set a record for an animated movie, earning more than a billion dollars worldwide.
