Avila Beach Man Arrested for Child Porn
The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement (SAFE) detectives, with assistance from the Arroyo Grande Police Department High Tech Crimes Unit, arrested 48-year-old Joseph Rizzardi Tuesday morning for possession of child pornography.
Rizzardi was taken into custody at about 9 a.m. in Avila Beach after detectives discovered videos of child pornography on a computer that was traced back to him.
Several other computer devices were seized which detectives believe contain similar videos and images of children.
