Man Steals ATM in Paso Robles Burglary

Paso Robles Police are investigating a burglary that happened early Friday morning at Sky Nails and Spa in the 2300 block of Theatre Drive.

Investigators say the suspect, described as a Latino man, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 240 pounds with dark facial hair in his 20’s or 30’s, broke into the shop through the glass front door and stole a free-standing ATM.

The suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police say around 10 a.m. Friday, a citizen found and reported the stolen ATM, along with abandoned tools, in a field on the 3600 block of Neal Springs Road.

The City of Paso Robles released a surveillance video of the crime on their YouTube page which police encourage the public to watch hoping someone may recognize the suspect. We have posted that video below.

Paso Robles Police say the suspect was last seen wearing a light colored sweatshirt, a light colored beanie and dark colored pants. He was also wearing gloves and protective shoe coverings.

The suspect’s vehicle appears to be a light colored 4 door sedan.

Police believe the suspect acted alone.
