Five Cities Residents Without Power

More than 5,000 PG&E customers were left without power in the Five Cities area Wednesday morning.

Grover Beach Police reported traffic signals out in the areas of Grand Avenue and 16th Street, and Grand Avenue and Oak Park Boulevard.

The power outage affected parts of Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Pismo Beach, and Shell Beach.

All customers had their power back on by 12:30 p.m.

The cause was equipment failure.
