Power Outages Leave Thousands in Dark

Due to the current storm conditions, about 12,000 PG&E customers and more than 3,500 Southern California Edison customers are without power in San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara Counties.

An outage darkening homes in the town of Solvang has also affected the transmitter for KEYT 3. The signal remains on cable and satellite systems. Over-the-air signals for Fox 11 and KCOY 12 remain unaffected.

PG&E and Southern Calfornia Edison crews are working around the clock during this storm to restore power safely and as quickly as possible.
