Arroyo Grande Celebrates 11th Annual Christmas Parade

The 11th Annual Christmas Parade lit up the Arroyo Grande Village tonight.

The parade took a different route this year; starting at the corner of Short and Branch, then ending in front of Bank of America.

Despite the slight difference and a little drizzle, crowds still lined downtown to watch.

This year’s Grand Marshalls are long-time Arroyo Grande residents, Eddie and Dorothy El-Helou.

The El-Helous are part of a small group of community organizers that started the parade in 2003.
