Activists Plan Local Ferguson Decision Protest
Local activists plan to hold a peaceful protest in the wake of the Grand Jury decision not to indite the white officer who shot and killed a black teen in Ferguson, MO on August 9.
Weeks after the controversial shooting activists held a vigil on state street.
Tuesday they plan to hold a 6 p.m. rally at the Santa Barbara County courthouse.
It is part of a Ferguson National Response Network.
Many people received social media alerts about the outcome.
Some expected violence in Missouri but not the mayhem that has been reported coast to coast.
