Power Restored in San Luis Obispo

Power was fully restored to more than 4,200 customers in San Luis Obispo Friday afternoon.

The outage began at 10:48 a.m., with more than 1,700 customers of PG&E still without power by 1:00 afternoon.

PG&E blames the outage on a construction crew that inadvertently severed some power lines.

Area affected included Augusta Avenue from Laurel Lane to High Street, and High Street to Higuera Street, Higuera Street to Prado and Marsh Street between Higuera and Broad.
