Santa Barbara International Film Festival Honors Jessica Lange

The Santa Barbara International Film Festival honored two-time Academy Award-winning actress Jessica Lange Sunday night.

She was presented with the festival’s ninth annual Kirk Douglas Award for Excellence in Film.

Lange walked the red carpet at the Bacara Resort and Spa in Goleta before her award was presented at a black-tie Gala dinner.

Her friends and fellow actresses Demi Moore and Kathy Bates were also there for the ceremony.

Lange joins past recipients including Forrest Whittaker, Robert De Niro, Michael Douglas , Harrison Ford, Quentin Tarantino, Ed Harris, John Travolta and Kirk Douglas.

Lange is the first woman to receive the award.

The event also serves as a fundraiser for the Santa Barbara International Film Festival.

The festival is celebrating it’s 30th year and officially kicks off on January 27th.
