Man Hospitalized After Serious Injury Accident in Santa Maria
A man is recovering in the hospital after his car crashed into a traffic light pole Friday afternoon.
The accident occurred just before 3 p.m. at the intersection of Broadway Street and Enos Drive.
The driver crashed into a pole, a pedestrian and another car. The driver was airlifted to the hospital with serious injuries.
The pedestrian was driven to the hospital by ambulance.
There has been heavy traffic between Stowell Road and Enos and the cause of the crash is under investigation by Santa Maria Police.
