Royals Sweep Into CIF Quarterfinals

Everything is working for San Marcos girls volleyball as they swept their way into the CIF Division 1A quarterfinals.

UCSB-bound junior Chloe Allen had 8 kills to lead a balanced Royals attack in a 3-0 sweep over Valencia in a second round match at the Thunderhut.

San Marcos has two sweeps so far in two playoff matches and will be on the road Saturday against Santiago Corona at 5 p.m.
