Alcohol Suspected as Cause of Fatal Paso Robles Accident
Alcohol is suspected to have played a role in a fatal car crash early Sunday morning in Paso Robles.
Samuel Telles Sanchez was driving northbound on River Road past Station Road shortly after midnight when he lost control of his vehicle.
The 1995 Ford-150 Pickup crossed the southbound lane before colliding with two separate utility poles, overturning and hitting a large tree.
The driver was pronounced dead. Officers suspect that Sanchez was under the influence of alcohol.
Toxicology reports will determine whether or not Sanchez was impaired at the time of the accident.
