UCSB Soccer Will Host UC Irvine in Semifinals

Does Nick DePuy have any more game-winning goals left for the UCSB men’s soccer team?

The sophomore will have the full attention of the UC Irvine defense when the two teams meet on Wednesday in a Big West Conference Tournament semifinal game at Harder Stadium. The contest starts at 7.

DePuy has a team-high 10 goals and has scored the Gauchos last six goals. He has five-winning goals this year and one of them came against Irvine. He scored with under a minute to go in regulation on October 4 as UCSB beat the Anteaters 1-0 at Harder Stadium.

If UCSB wins on Wednesday, they will host the tournament final on Saturday night.
