Vandals Destroy Residential Property
The Santa Barbara Police Department needs your help catching a vandal.
Authorities said the person seen in the video is responsible for causing a disturbance and vandalizing at a condominium complex on the 3300 block of McCaw Avenue.
The crime happened back August. Police said the vandal may be associated with a black Lexus SUV.
