‘Tango And Tapas’ Kicks Off Orchestra Season

The Santa Barbara Chamber Orchestra kicked off its 36th season with the Tango and Tapas event.

Professional tango dancers Sandor and Parissa performed at Saturday’s sold out gala event at the Lobero Theater. The husband and wife team are choreographers for ABC’s Dancing with the Stars show.

After the dancing, the orchestra played its first concert of the season.

The new executive director, Kevin Marvin was also introduced.
