Man Charged With Several Child Sexual Abuse Cases
A Ventura man is behind bars accused of child sexual abuse.
Police said the lewd conduct happened in the Imperial Mobile Home Park at a residence in the 300 block of Rodgers Street.
The suspect was known as “Stan” and was later identified as Charles Stanley Reel.
Officials said several victims reported the incidents later in life but when the incidents happened the children were between the ages of 9 through 12.
