Dispute at Harbor Pier Leads to Felony Arrest

A dispute reportedly over cash, led to a felony drug arrest in the Santa Barbara harbor Wednesday night.

Police say Harbor Patrol officers were called when an argument broke out by the city pier. A small knife was reportedly pulled out in a cash dispute.

Eventually the victims, a man and a woman, told police they wanted to make a citizen arrest for battery and brandishing a weapon, against Justin Graham-Yaeger.

When police searched Graham-Yaegers backpack they found evidence of methamphetamine and drug sales. He was booked on one felony and two misdemeanor charges with bail set at $30,000.
