Voter Registration Ends At Midnight
California voters could go online at www.registertovote.ca.gov to register to vote online.
If voters register before midnight they are eligible to vote November 4.
About 190,000 are already registered to vote in Santa Barbara County.
Elections officers said they hope people will vote on local contests.
They are also looking to hire poll workers.
