DAY IN THE COUNTRY | LOS OLIVOS| 6:30 A.M.-4 P.M. | FREE
Saturday is the 34th Annual Los Olivos “Day in the Country”.
The celebration starts early with a kid’s fun run and a pancake breakfast
A parade through downtown Los Olivos starts at 10 a.m.
The day includes live music, story tellers, and antique tractors and car displays.
Also special this year, NatureTrack has a special zip line and rock wall for kids and adults!

OUT OF DARKNESS WALK | SAN LUIS OBISPO | SATURDAY | 10 A.M. | MISSION PLAZA
The American Foundation of Suicide Prevention is holding one of their Annual Out of the Darkness Community Walks in San Luis Obispo Saturday.
The organization is hoping to bring awareness to suicide prevention and mental health disorders.
The walk is free and everyone is encouraged to walk for the cause.

CHUMASH CULTURE DAYS | SANTA YNEZ | SAT.- SUN.
The eighth annual Santa Ynez Chumas Culture Days is this weekend.
This is a two day celebration of singing, dancing, storytelling and crafts.
Saturday’s events include several hours of California native dancing from 2-5 p.m.
A traditional “handgame” tournament will start that evening, and storytelling starts at 7 p.m.
Sunday will include a Native California singing contest.
