Car Slams into Fire Hydrant in Afternoon Crash
A two-car crash caused several gallons of water to be wasted after one car veered off the road and slammed into a fire hydrant Tuesday afternoon.
The accident happened on the corner of Hollister Avenue and Santa Felicia in Goleta.
The cars involved knocked a nearby fire hydrant over and forced one lane to close down.
No one was injured in the accident.
