One Person Dead After Early Morning Motorcycle Crash
One person is dead and another was sent to the hospital after an early morning motorcycle crash.
The crash happened just after 1 a.m. on Monday on the 3700 block of Transport Street in Ventura.
Both Ventura City Fire and Ventura Police officers responded to the crash. Officers believe the accident was caused when the driver of the motorcycle crashed into a fence. When officers arrived to the scene they found the driver dead, and the female passenger needed to be extricated.
She was taken to the hospital, her injuries are not yet known. The investigation is ongoing.
