Oxnard Police Looking For Stolen Crucifix

Oxnard police are looking for a man that they said stole a crucifix from a church in Oxnard. Investigators said around 1:45 p.m. Wednesday, the man entered Santa Clara Catholic Church and removed the cross.

The thief is described a Hispanic male in his 30s, 5 feet 9 inches, 170 pounds with a shaved head, dark eyes with a very large, bushy mustache.

Santa Clara Church and the Oxnard Police Department are working closely together and asking for assistance from the public to locate the crucifix and information on the thief.
