Cal Poly Football Breaks Into Win Column

What can Brown do for Cal Poly? Plenty! The junior quarterback ran for two touchdowns and threw for another score as the Mustangs routed Portland State 42-14 for their first win on the season.

Brown scored on runs of 3 and 32 yards in the first half and ended up rushing for 158 yards in the game. Poly led 21-0 at halftime and never looked back as they won their home opener.

Brandon Howe scored two touchdowns on the day as the Mustangs are now 1-2 on the year. They play at Northern Arizona on Saturday.
