Allen & Roberts Nab Athlete of Week Awards

Move over seniors, underclassman swept the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table Athlete of the Week awards.

Allen, a San Marcos High School junior, led the Royals volleyball team to a championship at the San Luis Obispo Tournament.

Roberts, a Dos Pueblos High School sophomore, led the Chargers football team to a 48-20 win over Santa Ynez. He threw five touchdown passes in just his second varsity start.
