Hurricane-Generated Waves Heading To Coast
RVs lined the Rincon in Ventura County. Families with prime parking spots have front- row seats to Hurricane Norbert-generated waves.
Forecasters expect south-facing beaches such as Oxnard Shores, Port Hueneme and Point Mugu to get 4-to-7-foot waves.
The last hurricane damaged a lifeguard building and a couple of piers.
Norbert is not expected to pack as big a punch.
