Resort Accused Of Poisoning Birds
Bird lovers were dismayed to learn that a popular resort had been accused of putting poison in bird feeders near an outdoor dining area across from the beach in Santa Barbara
A couple walking a dog made the accusation after talking to a Hydrex employee at the Fess Parker Resort.
Fish and Game issued a cease-and-desist order this month.
The resort said it would open its own investigation following the hiring of an outside company to deal with birds.
