Weekend Cat Adoption Event a Success
A weekend adopt-a-thon was a huge success for finding homes for cats across Santa Barbara County.
According to the Lead Cat Volunteer at Santa Maria Animals Services, the 2-day Certified Pre-Owned Adoption Event ended with more than 100 former animal shelter residents happily living with their new families today.
Volunteers say the significant number was thanks to viewers and also our three stations spreading the word about the event.

They are ASAP in Goleta, the Santa Maria Animal Center, and La Paws in Lompoc.
