Fiesta Pequena Spectators Told to Hold Off Until Dawn

Early set ups will not be allowed on the grassy areas around the Santa Barbara Old Mission where thousands will come out for the Fiesta Pequena show.

It’s the official start of Old Spanish Days, now in its 90th year.

Today crews were setting up the lights, seats and camera locations.

To get a great viewing spot, however will require patience.

No chairs, blankets or cordoned off areas will be allowed tonight.

Your first chance to save a spot will be at sunrise tomorrow.

Signs are posted on the mission lawns to keep the areas clear until then.

The show begins at 8 tomorrow night, you can also watch it live right here on NewsChannel Three.
