2014 Fiesta Photo Contest
Viva La Fiesta! Send us your Fiesta photos for your chance to win a gift certificate to Samy’s Camera – Santa Barbara. Entries will be accepted from July 24th through August 1st.
Six (6) $100 gift certificates to Samy’s Camera will be awarded from July 28th to August 4th. One (1) lucky grand prize winner will receive a $300 gift certificate to Samy’s Camera. The grand prize winner will be announced August 4th. All entries qualify for the grand prize.

Winners will be announced on Fox 11’s morning weather forecasts from July 28th to August 4th.

Contests and promotions are open to California residents 18 years of age or older unless otherwise stated for a specific contest or promotion. No purchase is necessary.
News-Press Gazette of California reserves the right to limit participants to (i) one prize per household every 30 days or (ii) in the case of a major prize valued at $500.00 or more, one prize per household every 12 months. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if any. All federal, state and local laws apply. Contests and promotions are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
There are no prize substitutions. Prizes are non-transferable and are not negotiable. Prizes can not be exchanged for cash. Sponsors and News-Press Gazette of California reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
Some prizes have restrictions, or expiration dates, and do not include gratuities. If the winner is not able or chooses not to accept prize “as is,” the winner forfeits his or her prize. The winner is responsible for all costs associated with travel to any venue or event for which a prize is awarded, unless otherwise specified.
Odds of winning are undeterminable and depend on varying internet access and/or the volume of entities received.
Winners that live within Santa Barbara County must pick-up their prize in person at 730 Miramonte Drive, Santa Barbara, California 93109, unless arrangements are made in writing. Prizes for winners living outside of Santa Barbara County will be mailed or sent by UPS. News-Press Gazette of California is not responsible for any prize lost or damaged in shipping. Any prize not picked-up or otherwise claimed within 30 days will be forfeited.
Employees and families or anyone living in the same household of employees of
News-Press Gazette of California, the (St. Joseph, Missouri) News-Press & Gazette Company and its subsidiaries, and any of our vendors, advisers, advertisers or sponsors or employees of other television and radio stations are not eligible to enter contests and promotions and are not eligible to win prizes. All contestants and winners acknowledge as a condition of entry that

Winners of a prize with a value of $500.00 or more will be required to complete IRS Form W-9 and will be issued IRS Form 1099 at the time the prize is claimed.

Each contestant by virtue of entering a station contest or promotion agrees to accept the decision of News-Press Gazette of California as final.
News-Press Gazette of California makes no warranty of any kind with respect to prizes, including, but not limited to, any warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
