Suspicious Man Arrested at Glen City Elementary School

Santa Paula Police arrested a man they say was prowling on a school campus.

It happened early Monday morning at 12:45, officers responded to a call of a suspicious man who was on the campus of Glen City Elementary School.

The suspect was identified as Chad McMaster. After investigating, police found several burglary tools in McMaster’s possession, including a large lug wrench tool that is used to remove lug nuts from large commercial vehicles.

Officers had reason to believe McMaster trespassed onto the school campus with the intention of committing a crime.

He was arrested and booked into the Ventura County Jail
